Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the CITTC website and the purchase of training courses from Cheshire IT Training Centre Ltd, registered in England and Wales. Please read them carefully before booking.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or purchasing a course, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users and customers.
2. Course Bookings
All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation from CITTC. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a course if the minimum number of participants is not reached, in which case you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future date.
3. Payment
All prices are shown in GBP and are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment is due at the time of booking. We accept major credit/debit cards and bank transfer for group bookings. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any change will not affect a confirmed booking.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made 14+ days before the course start date: full refund. Cancellations 7–13 days before: 50% refund. Cancellations under 7 days: no refund, but you may transfer to a future date once at no charge. No-shows are non-refundable. To cancel, email bookings@cheshireittc.co.uk with your booking reference.
5. Transfers
You may transfer your booking to another date or delegate free of charge up to 7 days before the course. Transfers with less than 7 days' notice are subject to a £25 admin fee. Each booking may be transferred a maximum of two times.
6. Eligibility & Prerequisites
Some courses have prerequisite requirements (e.g. SMSTS requires reasonable literacy and numeracy). It is your responsibility to ensure you meet any prerequisites before booking. CITTC accepts no liability if a candidate fails to meet prerequisites and is unable to complete the course.
7. Certification
Certificates are issued by the relevant awarding body (CITB, Ofqual-regulated organisations). Certificates are valid for the period specified by the awarding body. CITTC cannot guarantee exam pass results — results depend on individual performance. In the event of a fail, re-sit fees apply.
8. Intellectual Property
All course materials, website content, branding and training resources are the intellectual property of CITTC or our licensed content partners. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CITTC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant course. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
